By accessing this website and using any of the services or functions of this site, the customer accepts the terms and conditions stated here and the notices under the �Information� section.
TECH UP PC SUPPORT does not guarantee that the Website or its operation will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free.
No contract exists between the Customer and TECH UP PC SUPPORT for the sale of any goods until TECH UP PC SUPPORT has received and accepted your order, has received payment in full (in cleared funds) and the order has been shipped or collected. Once TECH UP PC SUPPORT does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will inform you as soon as possible and you may request to cancel or amend the order or put it on back-order. Should you cancel the order, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on TECH UP PC SUPPORT website are accurate at the time you place your order. TECH UP PC SUPPORT reserves the right to amend any quoted prices including the shipping charges at any time prior to dispatch. If an error is found, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If TECH UP PC SUPPORT does not receive an order confirmation within days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If cancelled, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the TECH UP PC SUPPORT website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery or collection date and time for payment shall be of the essence. There will be no delivery or collection until cleared funds are received.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will inform you as soon as possible. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by TECH UP PC SUPPORT in advance of the quoted delivery date. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under TECH UP PC SUPPORT control, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery. However, should the Customer not make reasonable arrangements to receive the goods being shipped, the Customer will be liable for a restocking fee of 15% for the goods, in addition to shipping, handling and insurance fees.
Please note that if you opt for delivery without insurance the order is carried at your own risk and TECH UP PC SUPPORT accepts no liability for loss or damage to such property or any consequential loss or damage arising therefrom.
Once the goods have been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods and let TECH UP PC SUPPORT know within 24 hours of any problems. If incorrect goods have been received, TECH UP PC SUPPORT will arrange for collection of the goods and delivery of the correct goods. If the goods have been opened or tampered with in any way the customer will be held liable for any charges or non-credit from our suppliers.
TECH UP PC SUPPORT reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue any goods.
The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the fitness for purpose of the goods for the Customer�s application. TECH UP PC SUPPORT accepts no liability whatsoever or howsoever in respect of loss, damage or expense arising from errors in information or advice provided, whether or not due to TECH UP PC SUPPORT negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
The entire liability of TECH UP PC SUPPORT under or in connection with the Contract with the Customer shall not exceed the price for the goods.
If the description of any goods contained in this website or any correspondence, advertising material, or invoice varies from that of the manufacturers description, the manufacturers description will be deemed to be the correct description and shall take precedence over TECH UP PC SUPPORT description. In most cases, the manufacturers description is available from TECH UP PC SUPPORT on request.
Any price list, catalogue, advertising matter or similar materials issued by TECH UP PC SUPPORT are intended only as an indication as to price and range of products available and information therein shall not be binding on TECH UP PC SUPPORT.
The services provided by TECH UP PC SUPPORT are only available to those legally entitled to enter into a binding contract. Children under 18 years of age may only use this website with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
As a condition to your use of this website, you warrant to TECH UP PC SUPPORT that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.
